Located on a quiet street in Boise's popular Downtown, the Watercooler is an inspiring environment for those seeking an urban lifestyle.   Built in partnership with the Capital City Development Corporation, the Watercooler is one of Downtown Boise's first mixed-use housing projects and offers unparalleled access to the City's diverse ameneities.

Lofted live/work spaces activate the neighborhood's streetlife and feature polished concrete floors, 15' ceilings and glass storefronts.  Upstairs residences with large picture windows provide unique views of the Boise skyline and foothills  A neighborhood 'parklet' and a 3-story mural, designed by Portlad based artist David Carmack Lewis, create a sense of community and inspire the creative instincts of our residents.

Project Complete in July 2017
